Refund & Cancellation Policy
Simple expectations for digital downloads, recurring memberships, and technical problems.

Before downloading, request cancellation within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After download, refunds are generally limited to duplicate purchases, materially defective files, or failures QBM cannot reasonably correct. Report technical delivery problems within 30 days.
Memberships
Cancel monthly or annual renewal at any time through the account billing portal. Access continues through the paid period. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once a new period begins, except for duplicate charges, service failures, or when applicable law requires otherwise.
Downloaded files
Files downloaded while access was active remain yours under the personal-use license. Canceling membership does not remove files already downloaded, but it ends new member exports and editing access after the paid period.
How to request help
During private preview, use the workspace where QBM access was provided or reply to the Stripe receipt associated with the purchase. Include the purchase email, approximate date, plan, and a short description. Never send card numbers.
Timing
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Financial institutions control when the credit appears. Statutory cancellation and refund rights always take priority over this policy.
