Privacy Policy

A plain-language account of what QBM collects, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.

Information we use

QBM receives your authenticated user identifier, email address, and optional display name from the hosting platform. We store planner configurations, purchase entitlements, limited transaction references, and support requests needed to provide your library, downloads, and customer care.

Payments

Stripe processes payment details. QBM does not receive or store complete card numbers. We receive identifiers, plan status, and verified payment events needed to activate access and manage subscriptions.

Support

When you use the support form, QBM stores your name, reply email, topic, message, delivery status, and a one-way network identifier used to limit spam. Support messages are delivered privately to the support inbox and are never intended for public display.

How information is used

  • Provide and secure your planner library.
  • Generate requested planner files.
  • Confirm purchases and subscription status.
  • Respond to support requests.
  • Prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve reliability.

Sharing and selling

QBM does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information is shared only with service providers that operate authentication, hosting, storage, payments, email, and essential delivery.

Retention and choices

Planner projects remain until you delete them. Commerce and support records may be retained for customer care, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Request access, correction, export, or deletion through the support form. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.

Security and changes

QBM uses access controls, secret storage, signed payment events, and owner-scoped records. No online service can promise absolute security. Material policy changes will be dated and presented before they take effect.
