How your planner reaches your private library after payment.

Quiet Bloom Press sells downloadable digital PDF planners and digital library memberships. No physical product is shipped, and no shipping fee applies.
Delivery after payment
After Stripe confirms a successful payment, access is normally added to the purchasing account within a few seconds. Open My library from the same signed-in account used at checkout to prepare and download the purchased planner or use membership access.
Individual planner access
An individual purchase includes the selected planner and device edition. The planner can be prepared and downloaded during the 30-day regeneration window. A file already downloaded remains yours under the personal-use license.
Membership access
Monthly and annual memberships provide access to the available planner library while the membership is active. Files downloaded during active access remain yours under the personal-use license after cancellation.
Delayed or unsuccessful delivery
If access does not appear after payment, use the confirmation page’s retry action, check My library, then submit the private support form with the purchase email, approximate payment time, and planner or membership selected. Do not include card numbers. Support requests normally receive a reply within two business days.
